Shipping
We ship all orders in the USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) for free. Wedding Bands Forever generally uses USPS to ship orders, although we may occasionally use another carrier. If you would like expedited shipping it is available for an additional fee. Orders typically ship within 1 - 2 business days although on rare occasions there may be a slight delay (which we will notify you of via email).
Returns (see below for Delaney Rings specific return information)
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within one business day with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your ring. If you aren't happy with your ring for any reason, you can return or exchange it for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and our actual costs for shipping, within 30 days of the purchase date. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund after it is returned to us.
Returns that are not accompanied by a return authorization form, late returns (after 30 days of ordering), and unauthorized returns will be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds are generally processed within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
Rings that have been engraved are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges (see below for Delaney Rings specific exchange information)
You may exchange new and unused items for 30 days after the date of your order. Any price difference between the rings will be credited or charged to you.

Exchanges must receive authorization to be processed. Unauthorized exchanges will be returned to you at your expense.
Delaney Rings Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customized items, including rings with text or fingerprint laser engraving, are not eligible for return. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of the order's arrival at customer's address.

Delaney Rings Size Exchanges
Size exchanges of non-customized rings within 30 days of purchase are free of charge other than shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the ring back to Delaney Rings and pay $9.95 for return shipping. After 30 days size exchanges can be done anytime for $35 on non-customized rings. Rings that have been customized are not eligible for free exchanges at any time. Rings with engraving on the inside can be exchanged for $49. Rings that have been engraved with fingerprint engraving can be exchanged for $85. On all exchanges, the customer is also responsible for shipping the ring to Delaney Rings and paying $9.95 for return shipping. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for actual cost of shipping any items to and from Delaney Rings, whether it's the original purchase, warranty processing, size exchanges, or any other matter.
All warranty, return, or size exchange requests require an RMA (Return Authorization) number before returning the item. Shipments received without an RMA will be refused or returned at customer's expense. All warranty and size exchange requests must be made through the retailer the customer originally purchased the ring from. If you purchased directly from DelaneyRings.com, please contact us here.
